About us
We are a team passionate about Spain, its customs, and gastronomy.
“Recalling our adventures abroad... we would sometimes reminisce about how much we missed certain dishes from our homeland (those that are part of our DNA), share with friends at our destination, and see their surprised faces!. The same happened when they came to visit, and they left with the regret of not being able to pack all the authentic flavors that they had discovered from bar to bar… It was unthinkable to “smuggle” a paella or a Spanish omelet into the suitcase!
And then came the love at first sight…
The idea of developing a solution to bring our culinary culture closer to people worldwide motivated us even more. After intense months of searching for authentic Spanish food recipes that would preserve the essence and flavors of traditional cuisine, we succeeded: the only SPANISH TAPAS in a can, without the need for refrigeration, safe for travel, in an attractive package, very Spanish, and proudly featuring TÍA TAPA.
Since then, we have been dedicated and grateful both, to our Spanish fans, who enjoys them in the most unexpected places, and to the tourists who take them back home with the excitement of reliving a moment with the taste of Spain.”

“THE BRAVEST”
Tasty and with their own character, they leave no one in doubt!
One of “bravas”! is one of the most intoned phrases in the Spanish bars and restaurants.
Depending on where you go, you will find them with or without tomato sauce, but always with a degree of spiciness which makes them unique.
THE BRAVEST is faithful to the Madrid tradition and its sauce doesn’t contain tomato. Made with paprika from La Vera, olive oil and some secret ingredients (as it should).
