These general terms of use and contracting (hereinafter referred to as “the general conditions”) govern the access and use of the website www.tiatapa.com (hereinafter referred to as “the website”), as well as the contracting of products and services through it, along with the privacy policy. By accepting these general conditions, the user declares:

  • They have read, understood, and comprehended the content herein.
  • They are of legal age and have sufficient capacity to contract.
  • They assume all the obligations set forth herein.

The use of the website implies the condition of a user of the website (hereinafter referred to as “the user”) and signifies the acceptance of all the terms included in these general conditions. The user must carefully read these general conditions each time they access the website, as the website and these general conditions may be subject to modifications. The owner of the website, Tapa to Go, S.L (hereinafter TTG), reserves the right to make any modification or update to its contents and services, these general conditions, and, in general, any elements that constitute the design and configuration of the website, at any time and without prior notice.

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, TTG informs its customers that all personal data provided during the registration or purchase process will be included in an automated personal data file created and stored under the responsibility of TTG. The aforementioned file is registered with the General Data Protection Registry, as required by law. The main purpose of this file is to facilitate order processing and to send offers on our products that may be of interest to customers.

TTG fully guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided by customers, as well as all security levels required by current legislation regarding the processing of personal data. Thus, TTG is committed to maintaining compliance with its obligation of personal data confidentiality and security, taking all necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, or unauthorized use. Therefore, all information about our customers will not be used for commercial purposes nor will it be disclosed to third parties or external companies.

TTG informs the user that it is solely responsible for guaranteeing the confidentiality, security, and processing of the data in accordance with this policy, regarding the personal data collected from the user through the contents of the online store. TTG assumes no responsibility for the processing and subsequent use of personal data that may be carried out by third-party service providers of information society services who may access such data due to the provision of their services or the exercise of their activity.

Additionally, TTG is not responsible for the data processing carried out by third parties who establish hyperlinks to the contents of the online store or for those responsible to whom the users are referred through hyperlinks on the website.


The website incorporates the highest commercially available security measures in the industry. Additionally, the payment process operates on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. By utilizing the SSL protocol, the following guarantees are provided:

  • The Customer is communicating their data to TTG‘s server and not to any other entity attempting to impersonate TTG.
  • The data between the Customer and TTG‘s server is transmitted encrypted, preventing any potential reading or manipulation by third parties.

Once the order is finalized, which means accepting the Terms of Use and confirming the purchase process, TTG will always send an email to the CUSTOMER to confirm the details of the completed purchase.



Product Delivery

TTG commits to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address specified by the Customer in the order form, which must be within the national territory. To optimize delivery, we kindly request the Customer to provide an address where the order can be delivered during regular business hours.

TTG will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not correspond to reality or if relevant information has been omitted.

Delivery Time

Shipments will be handled through a courier company. TTG‘s standard delivery time is 24-48 hours from the order’s completion.

This timeframe may vary due to logistical or force majeure reasons. In cases of delivery delays, TTG will promptly inform its customers.

Each delivery will be considered complete once the transport company makes the product available to the Customer, using the control system employed by the transport company.

If there are delivery delays attributable to TTG, the Customer may cancel their order following the procedure described in the “Returns” section. Delays in delivery will not be considered when the order has been made available to the Customer by the transport company within the agreed-upon timeframe but could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to the Customer.

III. Delivery Information, Undelivered Deliveries, and Loss

If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice indicating the next steps to arrange a new delivery. As part of our courier delivery service, TTG implements tracking actions to ensure successful delivery.

If 48 hours (business days) have elapsed since the order was dispatched without arranging a delivery, the Customer must contact TTG. Failure to do so within 7 business days from the order’s dispatch will result in the order being returned to our warehouses, and the Customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs to the origin of the goods, as well as any associated handling fees.

If the reason for the undelivered package is its loss, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In such cases, the response time from our carriers usually ranges from one to three weeks.

Delivery Diligence

Any claim by the Customer regarding quantity, quality, or condition defects of the Products must be justified and communicated to TTG within two (2) business days following the receipt of the Products. If the claim is related to the transport company, it will be effective only if the Customer checks the condition of the ordered products at the time of delivery, in the presence of the responsible person, and provides evidence of any damage. Damages not detected within the specified period cannot be refunded or replaced later, nor can they be subject to future claims.



The customer has a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to initiate a return, following applicable legislation. After these 14 days, TTG will not accept returns.

To process a return, the user must request it through their user profile on the online store within the established timeframe. The product must be returned in perfect condition and with the original or similar packaging that ensures the protection of the merchandise.


If the products purchased through the website are not in optimal condition and/or have any defects, they can be returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, and they will be replaced. The user has the right to claim and receive an identical product in perfect condition. If the product is not available, the company will proceed with the refund of the amount paid by the customer, including the shipping costs, according to the payment method used for the purchase.

In the specific case of defective products or products that do not match the customer’s order, the customer will not be responsible for the return costs of said products.


Provided that the user has complied with the aforementioned conditions, TTG will proceed with the refund of the amount paid by the user for the returned products. In the case of a return due to withdrawal, TTG will not be responsible for the return costs.

If the requirements included in these General Conditions are not met, the user will not be entitled to any refund.

If it is a partial return, the user will be reimbursed the corresponding amount for the returned products.

TTG will proceed with the refund of the order using the same payment method used by the user for the purchase, within 7 days from the relevant verification of the return’s status once received.
